Small and Large Practices

Our basic package is not just modern, beautiful, and easy, it is also very affordable. For practices of one or two doctors we have a flat fee that includes all training, setup, and data conversion.

For larger practices of 3 doctors or more we can give a guaranteed not-to-exceed cost for training and data transfer.

Special Offer for EMR Module

Our EMR system is still relatively new, and we are actively seeking doctors who want to get involved early and influence the design.

From now until December 31, 2007, we are offering an "early bird" discount of 50% off of the EMR portion of the package.

Referrals

For each customer you refer to us, you have a choice between taking one free year of support or of receiving a cash payment equal to one year of support.

Training and Data Transfer

Training and Data transfer from your old system are included in our price, absolutely no surprises!

Reasonable Support Costs

Some companies ask for as much as 22% of your initial purchase as annual maintenance. This means you buy the software twice in 4 years!

Secure Data Software is able to provide complete hand-holding support for only 15% of the annual purchase price, due to our use of very modern programming methods and tools.

No New Equipment

With Andromeda PMS + EMR, there is no new computer equipment to buy. Andromeda runs just fine on machines made in the last 5 years, and sometimes on even older equipment. You will not need to buy a new server unless you have a larger practice with special needs.

We Do Backups

Throw away your backup tapes! All Andromeda systems are backed up using secure encrypted connections to standby servers that can be brought up in a matter of hours in the event of any unforseen difficulties.
